Start with the business, not the form
Before collecting documents, confirm the advertiser, product or service, target geography and customer journey. The company named in the account should have a clear relationship to the website and advertised offer.
Typical preparation areas
- Company registration and current legal name
- Website ownership or authorized use
- Clear contact and business information
- Product, service and destination-market description
- Trademark or authorization evidence where relevant
- Industry qualifications where required
- Chinese landing content consistent with the application
The exact list depends on the route and may change. Treat any checklist as a starting point until the current requirements have been confirmed.
Review the website before submission
The website should identify the real business and describe only services it can provide. Important policies, pricing factors and contact paths should be clear. Broken pages, conflicting company names, unverifiable claims and hidden contact details can create both review and conversion problems.
After approval
Account approval is not the same as campaign readiness. Chinese keyword research, campaign structure, ad claims, landing pages, conversion tracking and enquiry handling still need to be completed and checked.
If an application is rejected, identify the stated reason, compare it with the submitted entity and page, and correct the underlying inconsistency. Repeatedly resubmitting altered wording without addressing eligibility is unlikely to create a durable solution.
