Information you provide
When you send an enquiry, we receive the fields you choose to submit, including your name, email, company, website, country or region, business goal and optional contact or planning details. Please do not send sensitive identity, legal, medical, financial or case documents through the first contact form.
Information collected with the enquiry
The website may attach the page where you submitted the form, the referring domain and approved campaign parameters. We use only the minimum source information needed to understand and improve the enquiry journey. We do not intentionally store complete referring query strings containing personal data.
How information is used
We use enquiry information to understand your request, reply, prepare a proposed scope, protect the form from abuse and maintain necessary business records. We do not add you to marketing communications through the project enquiry consent.
Service providers and international processing
This site may use Vercel to deliver the website and process the form. Form submissions are forwarded to an access-controlled Feishu group used by the people responsible for responding. Email and WhatsApp are governed by their respective providers. Information may therefore be processed in countries different from your own.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate a business relationship, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Access should be limited to people who handle enquiries. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to certain processing. Contact [email protected]. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where legally required.
Updates and operator details
We may update this policy when the website, providers or processing changes. The final operating entity, registered address, applicable retention schedule and jurisdiction-specific disclosures must be confirmed before production launch and added to this section.
