Working together
China marketing questions, answered plainly.
Understand account access, scope, fees, responsibilities and measurement before you commit to a campaign.
Can you help overseas companies reach customers in China?
Yes. We help overseas businesses plan and execute Chinese advertising, content, search visibility and landing-page work. We begin with your offer, target customer and the requirements of channels that may fit.
Do I need a Chinese company before we can start?
Not always. The available route depends on the platform, your country of registration, industry, documents and website. We assess these requirements before recommending account setup or a campaign.
Which platforms do you work with?
Our launch focus is Baidu, WeChat, Xiaohongshu or RedNote, and Douyin. We recommend a platform only after checking its role, likely account route and the operating work your campaign needs.
Are advertising costs included in your service fee?
No. Media spend and service fees are quoted separately. Content production, landing pages and third-party costs are listed in the proposal where they apply.
Can we start with one platform?
Yes. A focused pilot can test a specific service, audience and enquiry process before you commit to a wider programme.
Who handles the enquiries generated by campaigns?
Your designated team normally handles customer enquiries and sales. We agree the handover and feedback process before launch. Screening or customer support is scoped separately.
Do you translate our existing website and social posts?
We use your approved material as source information, but effective localization often changes structure, terminology, examples and calls to action around Chinese customer questions.
Can you guarantee leads, sales or Baidu rankings?
No. We do not guarantee sales, ranking positions, account approval or a fixed lead volume. We define the work and measurement so decisions can be made from actual campaign and enquiry data.
Can you guarantee that AI platforms recommend our brand?
No. AI answers vary by product, model, prompt, mode and date. GEO can improve clear, verifiable information and audit observed answers, but it cannot buy or guarantee an organic recommendation.
How do you define a qualified lead?
We agree a practical definition for your business before launch. It may include destination, service fit, application, quantity, timing or budget—not simply a completed form.
Do you work with overseas marketing agencies?
Yes. We can structure disclosed or white-label China delivery around your project, with clear rules for client communication, branding, approvals, reporting, confidentiality and client ownership.
Can you create a Chinese landing page?
Yes. We can scope Chinese information architecture, copy, design, development, enquiry routes and tracking. Hosting and ongoing maintenance are defined separately if required.
How quickly can a campaign launch?
Timing depends on account eligibility, documentation, approvals, landing-page readiness and creative production. We give a project schedule after reviewing those dependencies.
What do you need from our team?
We need accurate business facts, approved claims and materials, a clear commercial contact, timely approvals and feedback on enquiry quality and sales outcomes.
What happens if our product is not ready for China?
We will identify the blocking issue—such as access, payment, fulfilment, documentation or enquiry handling—and recommend preparation or a narrower market test before scaling promotion.
