Paid media, locally executed

China Paid Advertising Management

We help overseas businesses turn a defined offer into a focused Chinese advertising campaign, from channel-fit and account preparation to optimization and lead review.

Advertising starts with a viable route

China is not one media market. Search, social discovery and short-video platforms support different customer tasks, account routes and creative formats. We begin by checking your business, target audience, documents, landing experience and enquiry process. That work prevents budget from being committed to a channel your offer cannot use well.

What the service can include

  • Channel and account-route assessment
  • Chinese keyword or audience research
  • Campaign structure, copy and creative adaptation
  • Landing-page recommendations or production
  • Budget pacing, search-term review and negative keywords
  • Routine optimization and platform coordination
  • Source, enquiry and sales-feedback reporting

The exact list depends on the channel. A Baidu search campaign needs a different production rhythm from Douyin video or Xiaohongshu lead collection. We do not package every platform into a small pilot simply to make the scope appear larger.

A campaign built around qualified enquiries

Before launch, we agree what a useful enquiry looks like. For a manufacturer, that may require company, application and quantity. For a hotel, it may require dates and room needs. For an overseas professional service, it may require the correct country, service type and timeline.

Your team normally owns the commercial response. We agree where enquiries arrive, who responds in Chinese, how quickly feedback is shared and which outcomes can be measured. If screening or customer support is needed, it is scoped separately.

When paid advertising is not the first move

We may recommend preparation before media when the product cannot be accessed or purchased in China, the business lacks required documentation, the landing page cannot explain the offer, or nobody can handle Chinese enquiries. Fixing those constraints is often a better investment than buying more clicks.
