Translation is not a content strategy
Chinese customers often need different context before they can evaluate an overseas offer: local names, practical buying details, service geography, delivery steps, proof and a familiar enquiry route. We turn those questions into a content plan instead of translating an existing global calendar line by line.
What we can deliver
- Audience questions and topic clusters
- Platform-specific editorial planning
- Chinese copywriting and creative briefs
- Account and profile information structure
- Agreed publishing and approval workflow
- Content performance and enquiry review
- Coordination with landing pages, search and paid distribution
Photography, video shoots, creator fees, KOL contracting, customer service and large revision cycles are quoted separately where needed. The proposal states content volume, formats, approval deadlines and included revisions.
Match the platform to the role
WeChat can support owned communication and deeper service information. Xiaohongshu can help customers discover and compare visually demonstrable experiences. Douyin can create broad discovery but normally requires a sustained short-video production system. The same article or video should not be copied to every channel without adaptation.
A repeatable working rhythm
We begin with approved business facts and a short list of customer decisions. Topics are drafted in Chinese, checked for accuracy and platform fit, then sent through an agreed approval process. Published work is reviewed against useful signals: qualified profile visits, saved content, meaningful conversations, enquiry starts and downstream feedback.
Follower growth and views can be diagnostic signals, but they are not substitutes for business outcomes. A smaller programme that answers the right questions can be more valuable than a high-volume feed with no connection to the sales journey.
